In this video we are working on linking the left arm at the vertical point to the heel lift of both feet to improve push off timing. Prior to this motion capture we performed 8 reps of squat jumps with resistance on the vertimax to activate the leg-drive. With the above adjustments and resistance training player 1 was able to reach a quarter finish (red arrow) before the front foot touches down. A 4 to 5 quarter finish before front-foot touches down is the goal.
